Key tasks

Assist FOM in daily management of Front Office Operations including Reception, Operator, BellTeam, Welcomers, Executive Lounge & Connectivity Lounge
Follow-up all VIP guests stays
Champion Le Club AccorHotels in the team, lead & train the team
