Job Description

The Accor Salter Brothers Hotel Portfolio is on the look out for our next Assistant Financial Controller . Based centrally in Sydney our Portfolio of hotels spans across four states. If finance is your expertise this is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand and stretch that expertise.

What you will be doing :

·  Manage the day-to-day Hub finance operations of the SB2 Portfolio of hotels.
·  Develop and monitor all financial SOPs for the Hotel with a view to improving  and streamlining procedures.
·  Train, develop and manage the Finance team ensuring compliance, accuracy, and financial integrity at all levels.
·  Cooperate with all other departments offering support information on finance matters as required.

Qualifications

Your Skills and experience include:

·  Minimum 2 years FC experiences or 4 years Assistant FC experiences, which is suitable a FC in standalone hotel or experienced Assistant FC.
·  Experiences in AR, AP, Accounting, and audit in hotel environment
·  Solid system experiences for Opera, Sun, F&B POS etc. hotel systems
·  Team management experiences essential
