Job description
Key tasks
POSITION PURPOSE
He/she assists the F&B manager in managing the Lounge’s team and relieving him/her by its actions and its presence, its directives and the fixed priorities
He/she participates in the welcoming, in the quality of service, and the improvement of F&B
He/she watches with care the application of the standards and the procedures, as well as the rules of hygiene and safety.
He/she is involved in all Ordering and storage process
He/she is involved in all new product and new service development
Participate in the organization of the services of the Lounge
Apply and make respect the organization
Assure the distribution, the use and the return of all material when it’s the case
Notify the F&B manager on needs in linen, consumable products , PMH and other products
Control the mise en place before, during, and after the services
Control the cleanness of Buffet , salon and VIP Room before, during, and after the services
Control the set up and the decoration of buffets enhance the product/ services
Be present during the service to welcome the customers and attentive to their needs
Manage the restaurant team during the various stages of the service
Control the quality and the speed of the clearing of tables during the services
Control , Assist and make the difference on the NS and P service when necessary
Control the execution of the schedule of duties
Make order and check delivery when necessary
Do a close follow up on all storage cleanness and organization
Do a close follow up on all Kitchen materials cleanness and organization
Engage corrective actions on all point listed when necessary
Assist the F&B manager in managing the team
Participate in the training of the waiters and other employees of the Lounge
Follow the attendance and keep the F&B manager informed
Inform the F&B manager of any noticed grave facts
Ensure the application of the directives of the F&B manager and represent him/her during its absences
Apply the standards and the procedures
Control and apply the standards and the procedures
Control and apply the engaged corrective actions
Notify the F&B manager on the non-application of the standards and the procedures of the restaurant teams
Engage corrective actions on all point listed when necessary
RESPECT THE STANDARDS OF HYGIENE and SAFETY IN LOUNGES
Control the application the H.A.C.C.P method and the rules of hygiene and safety
Control the application of the engaged corrective actions
Make sure of the maintenance of restaurants and of the material in the respect for the standards of hygiene and safety regulations
control Fridge organization and cleanness including date and FIFO procedure
control all kitchen material cleanness and follow up on the Cleaning schedule
Notify the restaurant manager on the disregard of the application of the H.A.C.C.P. method and the rules of hygiene and safety by the restaurant teams
Watch the maintenance and the conservation of premises, over equipment and material
Pass on to the maintenance company the dysfunctions and the damages noticed in the salon respecting procedure
Respect and control the application of personal hygiene and clothing rules
Apply the opening and closing procedures of the activity
Engage corrective actions on all point listed when necessary

Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
Languages essential English (Primary tongue)
