Key tasks

VOS MISSIONS :

- Mettre en place un poste
- Respecter les normes d’hygiène élémentaires
- Tenir un poste de façon autonome
- Respecter la fiche de travail (chronologie, timing…)
- Gérer le garde-manger
- Assurer la mise en place pour le service à la carte
- Préparer les hors d’œuvre pour les banquets
- Apprendre à gérer les stocks

En fonction de votre engagement et de vos objectifs, d'autres responsabilités pourront vous être confiées au fur et à mesure de votre apprentissage.
