Key tasks

Nous recherchons un(e) Apprenti(e) Cuisine en alternance qui intégrera l'équipe de notre Restaurant 'Les Cocottes' pour un ou deux ans à partir de septembre 2017.

Vos principales missions:

- Effectuer la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats
- Participer à l'envoi des plats dans le délai souhaité par le client
- Nettoyer et ranger le matériel ainsi que les espaces de travail
- Respect des fiches techniques
- Respect des procédures d’hygiène et de sécurité (méthode HACCP)
