Job description
Responsibilities:
· Receive day to day queries from service centers regarding day to day repair operations.
· Proceed w/ classification, escalation to owner of the resolution , and resolution as required of this queries to service centers.
· Will work to ensure that request coming from service centers are resolved as per defined KPIs w/ clients.
· Will escalate if any issue, delay, trend, problem is detected on the day to day operations.
· Will communicate written responses to service center according to agreed resolution.

· Good problem solving skills
· Advanced level of Excel skills
· At least 1-2 years of experience
