Utility Bill Analyst (Night Shift 17:30 to 02:30)

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

· Monitor and control the production on a regular basis
· Validate the platform performances and output accuracy
· Implement the client bespoke requirements, captured by the Accenture front office colleagues and ensure production according to expectations
· Ensure that the market knowledge is correctly implemented and represented in the platform
· Update and expand the industry knowledge in all the commodities required by the department for progression in European and non-European countries
· Monitor and coordinate the market updates of regulated and non-regulated charges in the company platforms and systems and deploy them directly when required in a timely and efficient manner
· Take part in all training exercises internally and externally
· Track and monitor the system performances and report any potential warning in terms of technical efficiency, speed of the system delivery, mismatch and errors, recognized in the system.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideal candidate:
·  2 years' up experience in a technical position
·  Experience in an energy related business is a plus
·  Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel
·  Fluency in English
·  Organized and self-motivated person
·  Attention to detail and the desire to take responsibility for assigned customers
·  Familiar with operating IT software and a working knowledge of Microsoft products
