Position Summary:
The Agent is responsible for responding HR related questions and providing navigational support on the different client provided platforms. These requests may be received through client portal, ticketing system, chat and phone calls.
The Agent will need training on ServiceNow, Workday, Boldchat360, applicable HR policies and other client related information.

Job Description

· Inquiry Support – Inquiry support consists of receiving and solving HR related inquiries through phone, e-mail, and chat. Resolution of these inquiries must be done based on the policies and procedures indicated by the client and the training received. Every inquiry must be logged into the client ticketing tool.
· Navigational Support – Navigational support consists of providing guidance and support for customers on the client's platforms, primarily Workday. The analyst will help the employee, managers or HR representatives, complete transactions and data updates in the website, considering the company's policies and the work instructions available.
· Both kind of supports will be provided to HR personnel, employees and managers .
Analyst functions
· The analyst is expected to provide the first level of contact to Identify basic or complex employee HR related inquiries, follow procedures to reach to the resolutions and to clarify the needs of the employee, answer their inquiries, educate and bring to the resolution.
· The analyst it expected to manage all interactions providing great customer service.
· Serve as a key resource for information regarding Tier 1 HR questions.
· Demonstrate knowledge and management of all the required support applications as well as the information resources available (Work Instructions, SOPs, FAQs, etc.)
· Remain updated with latest training policies changes or information updates and make recommendations to improve/update FAQs and processes, based on analysis of inquiries received from employees.

Supervision Responsibilities

Supervision not required.

Other Requirements

· Working hours: 8am to 8pm BA time.
· National Holidays need to be covered
· Language requirements: intermediate or advanced English, Intermediate/advance portuguese
