Job Description

Testing professionals utilize Accenture delivery assets to plan and implement testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure solution quality before deployment.

Role Responsibilities:

Work on a range of services powering web applications for a large financial institution.

Work with a team of back end, front end and DevOps engineers to design, create, test automate these services UI Middleware .

Role Responsibilities:

Help develop end to end automation framework though Java Selenium Cucumber Gerkhin and CA LISA for middleware. Create automated UI and middleware tests for RESTful Web Services. Be involved in team architectural discussions. Would be responsible for defining test scenario scope, understanding functional business requirements and test execution reporting. Work in an iterative agile development environment. Work directly with others developers and internal stakeholders to develop a solid understanding of the business application and requirements for which the application is being designed. Assist others with test automation and help implement continuous integration.

This role requires 100% flexibility to travel and work onsite with clients (Typically Monday - Thursday)

While driving quality in our solutions they provide deep expertise in planning, constructing and executing test scripts. They demonstrate the ability to cope with growing complexity and creativity in design by thinking outside the box to determine the best way a test can be performed. Applying both business and functional knowledge, they develop end-to-end testing strategies a through the use of quality processes and methodologies.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Test Automation including planning, script development & maintenance
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development in an Agile environment
Minimum of 4 years demonstrated experience in two of the following testing toolsets/frameworks:
- Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Protractor, SoapUI
- jUnit, TestNG, other
- Cucumber/Gherkin, Geb/Spock,

Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in two of the following:
- Java / J2EE, Groovy, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, C#, VB.NET

Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration, including two of the following build/deploy/version control tools:
- Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo,
- Git, Mercurial, Subversion, Bitbucket, GitHub
- Grunt, Gradle, Gulp, Maven, MS TFS

Preferred Skills:

Demonstrated understanding of application architectures
Demonstrated experience using TDD or BDD
Demonstrated experience with virtualization using CA Service Virtualization, Rational Integration Server, Parasoft Virtualize or SmartBear Ready!API
Demonstrated experience with Nexus, Artifactory, NPM, Bower or similar
