As a recruiter at Accenture you will be the driver of the whole selection & recruitment process from A to Z.
For your business entity, you are…
…. The recruiter
· Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
· Act as a single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
· Managing all candidates through the entire recruitment & selection process, from screening to contract offer communication and onboarding
· Responsible for the recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular reports
· Coordinate with administration to move the candidate through the recruiting process
· Participate in recruiting events & sourcing activities

… The Business partner
· Help to analyze and determine recruitment needs in the business
· Act as a single point of contact for all recruiting related questions & concerns for the stakeholder group
· Create, distribute and discuss reports on a regular basis, identify issues and recommend actions.
· Bring added value to the business by using your recruiting expertise in strategic decision.

… The owner of the Supply Management
· Responsible for recruiting resource plan for profiles within area of responsibility
· Maintain contact with recruitment agencies
· Define most efficient channel to find candidates
· Gain good understanding of external marketplace/trends/sources
· Act as main point of contact for external partners

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your Profile




· Minimum one relevant experience
Bachelor or Master degree

· Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French

· Have a strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures

· Are an excellent communicator with a ‘can do' mindset

· Have a professional attitude and eagerness to learn

· Are a pro-active teamplayer

· Have a strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures

· Have a good understanding of candidate management

· Have strong interviewing skills

· Are service oriented and able to understand the business needs of a Consulting firm

· Get energized by building and maintaining good relationships

· Have a good understanding of external marketplace/trends
