Strategy Graduate Programme

On this programme, you'll be a trusted partner to our global clients, helping them to address their most significant business issues. Part of a project team, you'll drive innovation and help clients shape new business models, define the case for change and execute business transformation agendas.

Working closely with professionals in other Accenture businesses, you'll utilise our business insight and understanding of how technology impacts industries to help clients stay ahead in the digital world. So you could be structuring and performing analysis and primary research, developing business cases and plans, or developing your skills to help clients understand leading-edge technology capabilities.

It's an excellent opportunity to stretch your strategic mind and test yourself at the sharp end of business. You'll also develop core leadership, problem-solving and people management skills, along with valuable industry and functional expertise. Strategy careers at Accenture cover three practices:

· Business Strategy is about helping clients develop new products and services in innovative ways, or prepare for the digital markets of the future.
· Technology Strategy focuses on creating technology strategies that are synchronised with clients' business, people and operations, and building the IT and operational capabilities needed to execute these strategies.
· Operations/Function Strategy helps clients enhance their agility with simplified and digitally enabled internal functions powered by skilled talent.

What's in it for you

As well as the prospect of a great career centred around improving the way the world works and lives, you can look forward to a competitive starting salary and a generous holiday allowance. Other benefits include a pension scheme, personal laptop, an AMEX card, private healthcare, subsidised gym membership, season ticket loan and much more besides. For a comprehensive list of all our benefits, visit our website.

Where you'll work

Because you could be placed at any one of our offices in Edinburgh, London, Manchester or Newcastle and may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK (and sometimes abroad), so you'll need to be flexible.

Desired profile

What we're looking for

Places on our Strategy Programme are limited. You'll need to be a deep strategic thinker and be able to demonstrate project evidence of this on your CV. It's also important that you are a natural leader, creative problem solver, effective relationship builder and collaborative teammate who's digitally savvy and up for a challenge. Strong communication, quantitative and analytical skills, high learning ability and a real passion for business and technology are key.

This programme is open to those with a minimum 2:1 (in any discipline – achieved or predicted). We also look for 340 UCAS points across your top 3 A-levels (excluding General Studies).

Make every future a success.
