Stock and Product movement analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and product movement analyst with English + German

• Monitoring of Goods receipt and goods issues at specific storage locations

• Daily volume entries to SAP based on storage location material movement report

• Sales order management for self-pick up customers

• Daily reconciliation of physically delivered vs SAP posted volumes per material

• Billing – invoice corrections

• Month end close volumetric reconciliation of all storage locations and materials

• Operational gain/loss postings

• Month end close reporting

Desired profile

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical and numeracy skills

• Basic Accounting knowledge is not must

• Advanced in Excel

• Fluent in German and at least intermediate in English

• Good prioritization skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexible, committed and organized

• Team Player

• Pro-Active
