As a SAP ECM Analyst, you will work closely with the business units to help provide support & enhancement work in the areas of Enterprise Content Management systems.

What you get to do in this role:

· Involve in gathering and analyzing requirements of Content Management
· Conduct workshops with business users
· Design and Develop the solution in SAP ECM
· Prepare all configuration scripts
· Walk through the designs and coordinate with customer to get the design sign-offs
· Build and Configure signed-off solution
· Conduct component and System Integration Testing on the developed solution
· Prepare the test data for User Acceptance Test
· Coordinate with business users on doing UAT
· Prepare deployment activities
· Execute all deployment activities during cut-over of the Projects
· Investigate and resolve the production Incidents of Enterprise Content Management system, within agreed SLAs
· Support with Weekly deployment activities using SAP BASIS skills
· Support with Monthly MS Patching activities.

Qualifications :

Job requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
·  At least 2 yrs of working experience in SAP ECM/Basis Module
·  Working knowledge of UAT and SIT
·  Strong problem-solving skills
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to deliver under tight timelines
