The Salesforce Business and Functional Manager leads small clients engagement or workstream in large projects to drive, advise, innovate and transform client's business processes and technology landscape.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead the project team to translate clients business goals / challenge into process-redesign, architecture design and technology roadmap.
Partner with clients on business / technology transformation programs; orchestrate the implementation of planned activities and the realization of business outcomes.
Define Solution Blueprints that leverage emerging architecture patterns and industry/ functional solutions.
Define Salesforce solution options and POV to help Coach/Guide the client decisions.
Mentor Project team members and contribute to practice growth initiative.
Ensure that the projects or programs adhere to Delivery best practices and principles.
Baseline Scope and Change Control: Maintain consistency between the baseline scope and estimate by following an agreed and documented change control process.
Estimating: Revalidate the estimates at key transition points in the development lifecycle.
Standardization: Perform the work in accordance with Accenture Delivery Methods.
Metrics: Calculate (based on the baseline plan and estimates), report and act upon the standard Accenture metrics Status Reporting.
Provide standardized status reports every period, managing risks and issues, communicating across the leadership team, and escalating where necessary.
QA Process: Ensure adherence and participate in Delivery QA reviews and resolve all critical actions to the agreed timelines.
Individual Objectives: Cascade engagement-specific objectives and use these to drive performance evaluation across the delivery team Shared Objectives.
Understand the client expectations, and participate in appropriate steering committee and status reviews with the client.
Develop with the rest of the client team a shared set of objectives and expectations that enables successful partnership between the teams.
Financial Ownership: Proactively manage the Estimate at Completion (EAC), providing appropriate financial inputs into Accenture financial management systems

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 + years experience leading Business Architecture Workstream with focus on business process redesign and/or SFDC application and data integration design-build-test.
Minimum of 5 + years experience in multiple full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce Sales and / or Services (minimum of 4 SFDS Projects).
Minimum of 5 + years experience in selling consulting work - preferably developed in big consulting companies.
Minimum 3 + years experience in Products - Life Sciences or CG&S or Travel & Hospitality demonstrated client facing experience.
Minimum 3 + years experience in crafting a value proposition and responding to RFP, RFI from Clients One of more certification related to Salesforce Cloud processes, Sales, Service , Community, Admin and any architect level certifications.
Minimum 3 + years experience of one or more of emerging technologies / methodologies - Agile, devOps, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Blockchain, Cloud, Data/Analytics and Security and IoT
Able to meet Minimum travel requirements (Monday - Thursday), up to 75% where applicable.
Bachelor's Degree
