People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Program/Project Management professionals manage multiple, ongoing, interrelated projects to achieve a specific set of client business goals. Coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and entities. Organize and manage resources and plans all work required to complete a discrete project within defined scope, quality, time and cost parameters.

The Global People Programs Lead will own, develop and execute people program initiatives for 6500 employees globally one of Accenture's large accounts. The Lead will be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of process and change initiatives that align with the account's business priorities and enable its culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusion. Additionally, the Lead will oversee the efforts of a global team of volunteers who support and execute the various people programs and client account initiatives on the ground at the local level.

Key Responsibilities Include:
· Act as single point of contact for all People Program activities and communications on the account to ensure connection and integration of team members and a timely response to requests.
· Define and manage team calls, agendas and materials to keep people connected, informed and engaged.
· Help translate a high- level business vision or strategy into specific initiatives and activities for implementation.
· Orchestrate timely delivery of initiatives across a complex, global organizational structure.
· Provide coordination and communication with appropriate leads and their personnel to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
· Track, measure, report and communicate project costs, performance issues, and risks.
· Define a process for measuring people engagement initiative success.
· Manage the goals, objectives, and overall performance and budget of the program's initiatives.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
·  Minimum 3 years work experience in any of these areas: HR, consulting, Talent management or HR operations.
·  Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point, Excel Outlook
·  Strong Professional Interpersonal Skills
·  Proven ability to build, manage and motivate a team
·  Develop and support a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Excellent communication, both written and oral
·  Excellent leadership and management skills
·  Continuous learner
·  Communications, Media and Technology industry experience preferred
