Job description

Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment and Oracle application technical architecture.

The Sales Solution Architect-Manager will be responsible for defining the Oracle Sales Cloud solution including alignment with business processes, technical architect, change management, and user experience. Primary responsibilities will be focused on defining the solution, driving client workshops, and managing the technical worksteam. The candidate will need to be client-facing and can serve as a subject matter expert for key capabilities such as: Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage technical workstream including configuration, integration, conversion, and testing
· Create solution blueprint for projects
· Manage and support conference room pilot (CRP) workshops
· Support testing activities including: unit testing, system testing/product testing, and user acceptance testing
· Ability to estimate effort and create proposals

Qualifications :

Must Have Skills

·  Oracle Sales Cloud
·  Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience (CX)
·  Must be able to travel up to 80%

Experience/Skills Required
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience
·  Minimum 2 years experience with Oracle Sales Cloud
·  Minimum of 2 years of experience managing global teams and processes
·  Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.
·  Excellent problem solving skills.
·  Must be able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data.
·  Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
·  Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
·  Strong attention to details and the ability to multitask
