JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mobile Software Svcs for Applications professionals demonstrate skills and experience in mobile software development services for mobile applications including custom, packaged, and hosted client, client/server and cloud-based solutions with support for all leading high-level operating systems (HLOS) and cloud platforms.

YOUR ROLE: Multi-Platform (Native/Hybrid) Mobile Applications Developer Consultant

Your central role in the mobile ecosystem enables you to help clients manage the demands of fast-moving environments. With your knowledge of innovative on-the-go solutions, you'll help them become mobility leaders by creating strategic, cross-company approaches that increase productivity, enhance collaboration and drive more transactions.

While there isn't a typical day at Accenture Mobility, here are just a few of the things you'll do as a consultant:

· Develop mobile native and mobile web applications
· Mobile application development, architecture and infrastructure design, technology build and deployment activities on multiple platforms
· Assist in refining and enhancing mobile architectures and frameworks
· Coordinate and work with clients and offshore teams
· Work towards providing clarity in ambiguous environments
· Articulate client requirements into technical architecture

Desired profile

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

·  Minimum 3 years of mobile app development, design, and/or architecture experience with at least two application technologies (any combination of hybrid and/or native iOS/Android technologies)
·  Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting mobile app development as part of a team
·  Must have contributed significantly to at least two mobile applications and be able to describe those contributions
·  Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

·  Experience across alternate platforms of mobile application development such as iOS or Android (including Mobile development experience with Objective C, C, C++, Java, .Net, C #) AND mobile hybrid app development (including frameworks like Apache Cordova, Ionic, Appcelerator Titanium, Xamarin, etc.)
·  Ability to share applications you have developed if published in App Store or Play Store, or discuss the technical contributions you made to apps on which you have worked
·  Experience with one or more of the following front-end technologies: Sencha (Touch, Ext JS), Backbone, React Native, AngularJS or AngularJS2 and Ionic, Ember, Knockout, Electron, Objective C, Swift or Swift2, XCode, Android studio, and/or Phonegap
·  Experience in any of the following areas: Version control, JavaScript (JS) Frameworks such as Foundation or Bootstrap, and/or CSS Preprocessor (SASS)
·  Experience with one or more of the following Server Side platforms: IBM MobileFirst / Worklight, Kony, MBaaS
·  Exposure to Mobile Enterprise Application Platforms (MEAPs) or Mobile Application Development Platforms (MADPs) and Mobile Enterprise Security
·  Project-related experience focused on UI development for model devices
·  Project-related experience focused on responsive design

This position requires the willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time, Monday through Friday. Actual travel time is based upon geographical location and project assignment.
