The Microservices Retail Solutions and Capability lead takes overall accountability for delivery of one or more micro-services projects and programs at a client.

Where the solution architect and delivery lead are different people, the delivery lead must transition responsibility from the lead solution architect, ensuring understanding and agreement of the Solution Plan prior to contract sign-off.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Accountable for mobilizing the delivery team, identifying appropriate resources and rolling them on to the engagement.
· Accountable for ensuring that the projects or programs adhere to Delivery best practices and principles:
· Baseline Scope and Change Control: Maintain consistency between the baseline scope and estimate by following an agreed and documented change control process
· Estimating: Revalidate the estimates at key transition points in the development lifecycle –
· Standardization: Perform the work in accordance with Accenture Delivery Methods.
· Metrics: Calculate (based on the baseline plan and estimates), report and act upon the standard Accenture metrics
· Status Reporting: Provide standardized status reports every period, managing risks and issues, communicating across the leadership team, and escalating where necessary.
· QA Process: Ensure adherence and participate in Delivery QA reviews and resolve all critical actions to the agreed timelines
· Transparency and Communications: Collaborate with the client lead to understand the contract and financial objectives of the overall engagement or client, and share this understanding with the team
· Individual Objectives: Cascade engagement-specific objectives and use these to drive performance evaluation across the delivery team
· Shared Objectives: Understand the client expectations, and participate in appropriate steering committee and status reviews with the client
· Develop with the rest of the client team a shared set of objectives and expectations that enables successful partnership between the teams
· Financial Ownership: Proactively manage the Estimate at Completion (EAC), providing appropriate financial inputs into Accenture financial management systems
· On large engagements, an overall delivery lead will take accountability for the work of multiple project or program managers, on smaller projects or programs, the project or program manager will take the role of delivery

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 2 years' experience with microservices and Integration Architecture strategy, roadmap design and creation
·  Minimum of 2 years' experience with leading & managing projects that include microservices platform evaluation and microservices design and build
·  Minimum of 4 year's professional services or 6 years industry experience in agile delivery of integration services
·  Able to meet Minimum travel requirements (Monday - Thursday), up to 75% where applicable.
·  Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills:

·  Experience in Retail
·  Omni Channel Experience
