Your impact

Are you looking for an internship in which you play an active role in the area of innovation, ecosystems, entrepreneurship and partnerships? Apply for the working internship working directly for and with the new Innovation Lead of Accenture in the Netherlands and the entire Netherlands Leadership Team of Accenture, where you will be among others responsible for:

- Contribution to the execution of ecosystem partnerships with clients and working on innovation projects.

- Contribution to the further design and development of our Innovation & Entrepreneurship practice.

- Helping with the start-up of new client projects, including development of pitch materials.

Digital Talent Factory consists of a group of top talents with an ambition for Digital, who will support the Accenture Digital team in various ways. It is our goal to give you a memorable and valuable placement - where you work with Accenture Consultants and with your fellow trainees. Qualifications :

Your background

• You have a positive mind set and hands-on “can do” mentality; you are creative, fun and take responsibility.

• You are nearing completion of your studies at university and are searching for work experience within your field of interest with future growth possibilities.

• You have demonstrable affinity and/or experience with trends and development in the fields of innovation and business.

• You are a team player with excellent communication skills; you are professional and precise.

• You speak fluent English and Dutch; both spoken and written.

What can we offer you?

You will get intensive guidance from professionals in a dynamic, fun and comfortable working environment. You will get a personal supervisor (experienced consultant to discuss and share ideas on you work as well as your career goals) and a buddy. You will gain working experience within a large international consultancy firm, and gain experience by active participation within the Accenture Digital team. Together with all the Digital interns, supervisors and buddies, you are part of the Digital Talent Factory community with monthly feedback sessions, activities and trainings. Finally, you will also receive an internship compensation (€) and a laptop.

• Location: Amsterdam: Flexible workplace (work among our colleagues)
