Job description



Duties include but are not limited to Create and manage requisitions in the talent acquisition system, ATAS. Create Purchase Orders in the Accenture procurement system, Ariba BuyNow. Create candidate profiles in the talent acquisition system, ATAS Avature and disposition candidates as appropriate Track the requisition and candidate progress in ATAS and offline reporting spreadsheets as requested Set up interviews in person videoconference phone for candidates with Accenture executives including the schedule, logistics and travel arrangements as needed including candidate reimbursement Support verification of candidate background through requesting alumni personnel files, ordering background checks, and performing internal checks for client hiring restrictions and government employees Collect information and populate draft MD Assessment form for final candidate as requested Populate offer grid in ATAS then manage offer letter approval process Review candidate record in ATAS to set the candidate to hire and submit paperwork for centralized records retention including signed offer letter for Global MD Compensation Register new joiner for orientation, draft integration form for the new joiner and support enablement and readiness activities and coordinate travel as required Support ATAS quality assurance and EEO compliance activities as needed Assist with the upkeep of the MD Recruiting SharePoint site, keeping reference material current and relevant Global Status Report updates Reporting Recruiting Results Delivery vs Plan, Diversity, Forecast Costs Fees, etc.

The Recruiting Senior Analyst plays a critical role in the Leadership Recruitment process. Each Recruiting Senior Analyst supports the full lifecycle of the requisition and leadership level candidate processes. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detail in order to provide a seamless, positive candidate experience and to support the recruiter in the required due diligence activities required to identify the best talent for critical Accenture leadership positions. The Recruiting Senior Analyst will be responsible for scheduling assessments, arrange travel accommodations and maintain our recruitment systems. He she will also be responsible for maintaining fluent contact with search agencies and ensuring background procedures comply with local regulations.
