Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients' behalf.

Responsibilities

· Provides professional customer service in Polish and English
· Performs order management activities in SAP
· Manages returns from the customers and coordinates resolution of shipping incidents
· Ensures resolution of queries within the contractual metrics

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Advanced English (C1)
·  Very good Polish (B2/C1)
·  Good knowledge of MS Office tools
·  Preferably experience in customer service or supply chain
·  Experience with SAP would be an asset
