Your impact

As Junior Business Automation Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and the development/configuration and delivery of business process automation. You will be part of the rapid growing Automation community within Accenture and will contribute to continuous quality improvement. Within our office in Heerlen you are mainly responsible for developing the solutions. Because we use smart tools for our solutions, programming is not required for this position. A natural affection towards innovation, developing and automation is. Next to this you will receive ongoing training, reviews will support the development of your skills

Your background

The team member we are looking for should have at least a Bachelor degree in Business & IT or related. Master degree professionals are also requested to apply to this position. Final requirements:

·  Fluent in Dutch and English;
·  0-2 years of software development or process automation development;
·  Abstract and analytically strong, you are able to understand business processes and translate these into generic workflows;
·  Passionate about your field of expertise (automation) and ambitious, you want to grow as a person and professional;

Experience with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere (or other robotic process automation tools) is a pre, if you have no experience with these tools we will train you.
