Your job
Do you want to gain experience in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility? Are you a hands-on person with strong communication skills? Would like to learn how nonprofit organizations and business collaborate and work in an innovative environment? Then we are looking for you!

With its Corporate Citizenship program, Accenture takes active responsibility for improving the way we work and live. During this internship, you will be responsible for the local employee volunteer program; connecting employees as a volunteer to different organizations. You will handle all communication; writing and collecting from employees for newsletters, social media, managing the volunteer portal and intranet and external relationship management with our non-profit partners. And you assist with the organization of events; logistics around events, information sessions and setting up campaigns for employees. In addition, there is also room to start own initiatives pro-actively.

Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization's activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications.
The internship falls under Accenture's Corporate Functions. You will report to the Corporate Citizenship Lead within the Netherlands, and you will be in close contact with employees of several other departments within the organization, such as communication & marketing, finance, and HR.

Qualifications :

Your background

·  You are a bachelor or master student in the final year of university
·  You are available for a minimum of 5 months from July or August
·  You are willing to gain experience in a large international consultancy firm in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility
·  You're possessing a hands-on mentality
·  You're communicative, take ownership for smoothly running our volunteering program and platform and can keep track of different activities while motivating others
·  You have a perfect command of the Dutch and English language
