Position Summary
As a Manager, you will responsible for leading teams in our Industry X.0 practice to better diagnose client issues and value creation opportunities while bringing the latest innovations to create meaningful value and guiding clients on the journey to successfully embed new capabilities in the organization.

Partner with clients to solve complex problems in innovation, product development and engineering (i.e. efficiency, cost, velocity, innovation relevance, etc.) and manufacturing

· Provide product development, engineering and/or digital manufacturing domain knowledge
· Conduct industry and client specific research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Support design, development and implementation of new operating models, including vision and strategy, business processes, organizational and governance structures, supporting tools and templates, and performance metrics

· Participate in change management activities including leadership alignment, developing communications, training to support change adoption
· Manage teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture to deliver outcome
· Contribute to the growth of the Industry X.O Practice by assisting with new business proposals and presentations, recruiting, and coaching / mentoring

Key Skills / Experience

· Product design / engineering experience in discrete products
· Manufacturing experience in either continuous or discrete manufacturing environments
· Deep expertise in at least one digital enabler; PLM /Virtual Twin, IoT, Digital Manufacturing
· Ability to support both client sales business development and project delivery
· Ability to effectively manage and coach others
· Team player, collaborative mindset

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications :

·  Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience with a management consulting, engineering services and/or technology consulting firm
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Automotive and Industrials companies in Innovation/Product Development Engineering or Manufacturing domain
·  Bachelor of Science Degree

Preferred Qualifications :

·  Tier 1 consulting firm experience preferred
·  MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred

·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
