The Supply Chain and Operation Service Line houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate supply chain planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, maintenance, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

Sourcing & Procurement group is one of the Practice Areas within Supply Chain Service and Operation Line and is defined as follows: Sourcing & Procurement is a set of consulting services designed to enable clients to develop the methods and means through defining and maintaining procurement strategy, sourcing and managing categories as well as managing supplier relationship and internal stakeholders to gain sustainable, continually improving results.

Job Description

The Sourcing & Procurement group focuses on maximizing sourcing and procurement performance to support the client’s business goals through e.g. coaching the client through procurement transformation program, implementing sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage the assigned portfolio and associated activities. The group is responsible in developing the sourcing strategy & approach, conducting the RFI/P campaign, auction event, traditional negotiation, post-auction, etc.

Key responsibilities may include:
· Design, develop and implement procurement transformation program and strategy for procurement organization
· Understand and develop spend diagnostics to provide sourcing consultancy for client
· Assist business improvement by leveraging sourcing strategy to enable cost efficiency improvement
· Conduct sourcing process including RFI/P, designing bid structure, managing bidding process and negotiation, etc.
· Support the new and improved business processes and the enabling technology
· Manage daily operative communication with the client independently
· Work with team to provide timely and high quality deliverables

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience Requirements
·  Outstanding individuals with 3 - 5 years of full-time consulting or industry experience
·  Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or master’s degree with supply chain management will be an advantage
·  Demonstrate a strong business insight, impressive career development, and a track record of outstanding performance
·  Demonstrate excellence analytical driven mindset and communication skill
·  Able to work individually or in a team-based environment and commit to provide exceptional results for clients

·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
