Human Capital Internship

Are you looking for an internship which would allow you to play an active role within Accenture's Human Resources department? Accenture offers you the opportunity to perform a full-time internship of several months in our Brussels office.

You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in the area of Human Capital, where you will support the implementation of project aimed at enhancing our people engagement, Talent and Leadership agenda. You will work in a challenging international environment where you will be able to communicate with different parties and different levels within Accenture. You will get the chance to experience the day-to-day life of the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities (amongst others):
You will support our Human Capital agenda by:
· Coordinating the implementation of our employee engagement initiatives together with the Stream Leads;
· Providing hands-on support on specific activities;
· Taking part to Employee Engagement & Talent meetings;
· Monitor the Human Capital Budget (PO creation, follow up of incoming invoices and monthly review of the quarter spend)
· Work closely with the Marketing team on communication matters;

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What we are looking for…
·  You are in your last year of university college/university studies (or an equivalent), preferably in HR, Management or Human Sciences;
·  You are available as from now for a three- to six-month internship;
·  You are fluent in English (a good command of Dutch and French is a plus).
·  You have a good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint;
·  You are a team player who enjoys challenges;
·  You have strong project management and communication skills;
·  You are well-organized.
