Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for the client's employees (40.000) regarding HR related questions via phone, E-Mail or chat
- Update HR database and tools (Success Factors & ERP) with personal information changes (name, address change etc)
- Monitor upcoming end of probation and contract dates and inform relevant managers
- Send notifications to all relevant departments after processing an HR request
Desired profile
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in German and English
- Willing to start a career in the HR field
- Good client handling skills
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach
- Availability to travel
