Must have Skills : Hadoop administration and Big Data technologies, knowledge of ITIL, fluency in English.

Your responsibilities will include:

· The operational service:
· Service Management for specific Hadoop OS management
· Hadoop related Application & Database Management (SQL & nonSQL)
· Hadoop specific monitoring and optimization
· Big Data related standard web services (e.g. Tomcat, Apache, Redis)
· Cluster and high-availability solutions
· Customer specific applications based on Hadoop and big data solutions
· Service Monitoring tools and alerting
· Pro-active Patch Management of all system layers in scope
· Collaboration with other providers – customer, platform operations and vendors
