As an analyst in the IT & Digital Consultant position, you are typically a part of a team that delivers large-scale, complex programs that integrate business processes and technology. You specialize in the design, development, testing, integration and delivery of functional and industry solutions for clients, based on existing package systems or custom-built systems. You and your team deliver technology innovation and provide the backbone of our systems integration business. You understand and translate customers' needs into a solution, acting as the link between the requirements and the implemented system.

In Accenture's “New IT program”, we work to break the traditional constraints on systems and practices with new agile ways of working and innovating. You will be a part of the focus on accelerating within technology innovation, in areas such as mobility, virtualization, artificial intelligence and automation.

Key responsibilities

As we support our clients throughout the different phases of a project, we offer many different types of roles, both technical and functional. As a new IT & Digital consultant your role could include:

· Developing innovative solutions to complex business and IT challenges
· Helping a client develop analytics and put their data to work for their business and their customers
· Modernizing a complex multi-national IT infrastructure
· Analyzing and designing the client's next generation IT architecture to meet their ever changing business needs
· Preparing and executing advanced software tests on systems to ensure that business requirements are met
· Delivering training to business and IT users
· Developing solutions by translating business needs to models and program code

Over time you will also have leadership responsibilities, heading a team of local resources or coordinating off-shore deliveries as well as acting as the main interface with the client.

Desired profile

Who we are looking for:

You are a recent or soon to be graduate with a master's or bachelor's degree with an IT or Technology focus. You may also have worked for some time after your degree (maximum 1 year after you finished your academic studies) but more importantly you are passionate about Technology and IT and have an interest in solving problems for our clients with digital and IT solutions in a demanding environment. We are looking to hire candidates continuosly over the year.

During your studies you obtained good academic results and your CV together with your cover letter and academic achievements reflect a driven and analytical mindset. It is a merit if you have engaged in work or extra-curricular activities in parallel with your studies, or otherwise have had the opportunity to develop and explore your leadership skills.

Excellent written and oral/presentation skills in both Swedish and English is a requirement. As a person you are a solution-oriented team player set on pursuing your career within consulting.
