The Gallia Accenture Operations Business Operations Manager is responsible for developing and running core operational and management processes and programs through collaboration with leadership in order to drive success of Accenture Operations business in the GU. This role is responsible for the management, execution and continuous improvement of processes and programs critical to running Accenture Operations in the GU. The Business Operations Manager reports directly to the EALA Business Operations Associate Director
Key responsibilities include:
· Serve as a strategic advisor to the GU
· Work closely with the IS & BPS GU Leads and their CSG/Portfolio Leads as well as the Journey to Cloud teams to achieve the goals for the practice.
· Establish and maintain efficient, effective, and consistent business operations across the GU
· Assist in development of strategy and financial objectives for the GU
· Manage weekly IS sales forecasting process
· Support and drive governance discussions with the CSG
· Focus on key metrics and ensure that these are reported and acted upon where necessary
· Manage coordination and communication with the leadership and teams to ensure key initiatives meet planned schedule and commitments
· Plan and manage Leadership Team interactions/meetings

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 3 or more years of operational or related financial management experience
- Minimum of 3 or more years of program/project management
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of metrics and how they impact behavior and business
- Knowledge / exposure to Accenture business processes and procedures
- Ability to establish credibility as a member of the leadership team and with other internal stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment with a geographically dispersed team
- Must have strong financial acumen as it relates to understanding financial reporting and forecasting
- Professional, confident, and strong leadership presence.
- Excellent customer service skills, including confident when dealing with all levels including Managing Directors
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands
