Seeking a candidate to design and implement a Knowledge Management (KM) tool. The tool, which will be used to promote the creation and sharing of intelligence products, must differentiate the organization and define one of the organization's primary service offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience creating momentum behind an organization's strategy in an effort to create measureable outcomes that move the customer's mission forward. Activities to be performed in this role include the gathering of functional requirements, overseeing sprints and tool configuration, the creation of reports, and implementing a change management campaign that is capable of assisting the organization overcome resistance to the new tool. The KM tool, once deployed, must enhance the collaboration between intel producers and intelligence product consumers / customers, measure intel product applicability / consumption / effectiveness, and enable the organization to understand customer requirements (and whether the organization is capable of meeting their customer's requirements). The selected candidate will be joining a high performing team that provides consulting services to an intel customer.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  3+ years business process experience
·  2+ years SharePoint experience
·  2+ years change management experience
·  2+ years Excel experience
·  US Citizenship required (dual citizens not eligible)
·  Ability to commute daily to the work site in Suitland, MD
·  Ability to travel 10% CONUS

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Bachelors degree desired.
·  Strong data visualization and presentation skills
·  Able to form relationships and move a project forward through soft influence
·  Able to adhere to what they know to be the "right way" even in the face of expediency
·  Entrepreneurial
·  Willing to learn and build the work quality

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
