This is an exciting opportunity to be part of 426,000 employees across the globe. We are looking for experienced applicants to join our team as Digital Delivery Scrum Master at Consultant level.

What responsibilities will you have

The Agile Scrum Master is responsible (at varying degrees based on level) to run successfully Agile ceremonies and help Scrum teams to increase their velocity and productivity. To achieve this, you will:

· Support the delivery Lead in mobilising and shaping the delivery team;
· Build high performing teams;
· Be the person responsible for overall Agile practices, providing oversight to Accenture people as well as clients and 3rd parties;
· Help the teams to organise themselves and meet its goals and coordinate activities with other teams;
· Produce Burnt Down charts to reflect development activities
· Work closely with Product Owner to translate requirements into low level user stories;
· Propose new ways of working helping clients setting up the Agile capability (sometimes from scratch);
· Support and develop key team members - on-shore, near-shore and off-shore;
· Ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded, delivering on-time, on-budget and capturing business value.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

· You are a certified Scrum Master, or you have a proven track record of experience in working as Scrum Master.
· You must have a good understanding of some of digital technologies such as Adobe AEM, Hybris, Websphere, Magento, ATG, Sitecore, WordPress, Open Text, Documentum, Drupal, Cloud computing (AWS, Azure), DevOps, IoT, Xamarin, Unity, AI (Amazon Lex, Polly), etc.

· You have hands-on experience with skills such as Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile for Enterprise (SAFe), Project Management, Technical Project Management, Programme Management, Release Management, Continuous Integration & Deployment, DevOps, Stakeholder Management, Design Thinking, Digital Commerce, Content Management Systems, Marketing Platforms, Front End Development.

What academic qualifications do you need?

· Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience;
· A formal Programme/Project management qualification (e.g. PMP, Agile PM, PRINCE2, etc.) is highly desirable.
