Desired profile

Qualifications :

We are looking for people with:

- Experience with the User Experience Design process, from research, analysis of data and requirements to the definition of solutions, prototypes and testing of users;
- Experience with mobile applications and good knowledge of the style and interaction guidelines of iOS and Android;
- Experience with Responsive Design and composition of Style Guide;
- Knowledge in Digital Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator and / or Sketch;
- Knowledge with prototyping tools: InVision, Pixate, Axure, Adobe XD, etc .;
- Knowledge in diagramming, digital typography, colors, iconography, visual identity applied to graphic interfaces;
- Ownership, creativity and proactivity;
- A collective sense, which helps in the process of sharing knowledge with people from the team, the chapter or anyone you need;
- Ability to speak verbal and written to communicate the solutions to the team and stakeholders.
