Meet the Telecommunication, Media and Technology Team

As a CMT professional you will be mainly involved in delivering business and technology transformation projects for telecommunication, high-tech and media companies worldwide. In CMT we help our clients to define and implement new operating models, improve their operational efficiency and bring new digital capabilities indispensable in the new economy. We are at the forefront of clients’ transformations and work in the intersection of business and technology/IT. We face clients to understand their challenges and design the solutions with the best-of-breed methodologies and technologies provided by Accenture. In the CMT team you will need to build business relationships to understand client challenges and objectives to define and implement the right business solution. Your business acumen, analytical skills and business judgement are the skills you will need to leverage on.

YOUR DUTIES
Manage Large and complex projects in an account or a group of accounts.
Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements.
Develops and presents proposals and final agreements.
Provides leadership to project staff including project engineers, vendors, partners or subcontractors.
Manages the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues.
Accountable for the Project Budget, Margins and completion within given timelines.
Presents service business value to customers for new or existing business.
Influences the customer in the assessment, planning and management of related projects.
May manage internal projects/programs within Cisco.
May Program Manage ongoing optimization service to deployed customer networks.
Acts as a mentor to the Junior Project managers.
Works with the Program Management Community to further develop the PM/PGM role, processes and operations.

Delivery Project Management C onsultant will also be expected to contribute to the development of a project management methodology and assist in the construction of a formalized program office.
Delivery Project Management Consultant will lead Project teams to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects that span across several business or technology areas.
The person on this position is expected to travel locally (within India) and outside India as per the Project requirements.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

·  Typically requires Bachelor of Engineering /Technology, Master of computer application or equivalent
·  5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years in the Project Management
·  Excellent Cisco solution knowledge
·  Work experiences with APAC, European or American customers.
·  Excellent English Speaking Skills-Written and Verbal
·  Professional PM Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL/SCRUM/ACP or equivalent. Preference would be given to the PMP certified professionals.
·  Basic technical knowledge (CCNA or equivalent) would be preferred.
·  Possess a Good attitude and a team Player.


DESIRED SKILLS


·  Infra Structure Project Management experience in the deployment of leading edge technologies in a highly complex commercial environment within functional or matrix organizations.
·  Expertise in the tools like Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), Microsoft Excel, JIRA
·  Basic knowledge of network environments (routing, switching, routing protocols, internet) and general network architecture.
·  Has demonstrated clear leadership skills and experience working with large project teams and strategic account teams.
·  Knowledge of 2nd language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Dutch, Japanese )

WORKING CONDITIONS:
·  Headquarter: Warsaw or Krakow as primary place of work.
·  Willing to travel c.a. 60% (annual) of time and could be less or more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work is an option and it is depending on the assignment and project arrangement.
