Job Description

Customer Service Delivery professionals includes the management of customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

Service Enablement professionals promote activities associated with enabling the customer and providing service support.

Expeditor Associate performs data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. They apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues problems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assess and resolve non standard and standard issues or problems
· Seeks advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks problems outside the scope of the work
· Enter data and perform research

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
·  Minimum of 1 years of customer service work experience
·  Minimum of 1 year of experience working with MS Office Access and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree
·  Experience in Procurement of Supply Chain

Professional Skill Requirements:

·  Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills
·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
