Job description
Customer Operator with Italian
Requirements:
I. Analyze, archive and close the ticket related to the technical vendor document (such as equipment maintenance intervention):
· receive the document in pdf format via email;
· analyze and upload the document in the share point;
· track the document data in a customized form saved in share point;
· check the compliance of document related to specific KPIs;
· prepare weekly reports (MS Excel) on technical vendors performances and results; II. Analyze and archive technical vendor documents related to the contract hours budget of Store trading zone:
· control budget availability for each Store;
· prepare weekly report (MS Excel) on the alerts for exceeding the use of budget to be shared with customer;
III. Monitor the Energy Market:
· monitor Market quotations following specific procedures;
· prepare the reports (MS Excel) required by the Italian Energy Manager.

Qualifications :
Ideal candidate:
· Excellent Italian in both oral and written communication
· Medium English skills both verbal and written communication
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
· Drives issues to resolution and good problem-solving skills
· Good and flexible team player
· Responsibility and proactivity
