Role: Cloud Operations Specialist
Location: Chicago, IL

Business Process Delivery professionals execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement.

Job Description
The Cloud Operations Specialist is responsible for coding the automation process components as per the Low-level Design (LLD) or Technical Design Document (TDD) document(s). The developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing and ensure configuration control is maintained at all times. Maintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment of technologies and/or software solutions
· Demonstrate ability to take ownership, be accountable and build loyalty to deliver service excellence
· Update standards/project specific documentation as necessary
· Ability to interface with internal clients and vendors is essential
· Understanding of various operating systems and software packages as required for supporting products

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in with Robotic Process Automation with tools like Blue Prism
·  Minimum 2 years of experience with developing business cases to show ROI
·  Minimum 1 year of experience with automation tools like HPOO and Resolve
·  Minimum 1 year of experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow

Professional Skill Requirements
·  ServiceNow experience
·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
·  Good understanding of PC and Mac computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
·  Strong organizational skills.
·  Strong written and oral communication skills.
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
