WORK YOU'LL DO

Responsibilities :
· Developing and managing detailed work plan.
· Identifying dependencies between work streams and prioritizing work based on the available capacity.
· Collaborating with business and technology teams.
· Developing conceptual and physical design, architecture and guidance to team members.
· Designing Decisioning components (decision table, scorecard, filter, strategy set, switch, and ranking).
· Working with the LSA to perform deployment and code-merge activities.
· Developing test strategies for Decisioning components.
80% travel commitment (Mon - Thurs)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Basic Qualifications :
·  Minimum of 2 years' experience with Java, Pega, and/or object-oriented analysis development experience
·  Minimum of 2 years' experience with marketing systems/operations experience
·  Minimum of 1 year's consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications :
·  Possess one Architect and one Marketing certification: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), LSA (Lead System Architect), CPMC (Certified Pega Marketing Consultant), CSPMC (Certified Senior Pega Marketing Consultant), or CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant).
·  Previous client service delivery experience
·  Specialization in SDLC, functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise
·  Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation
·  Bachelor's degree

Professional Skills Requirements :

·  We can hire for this role anywhere in the US, as long as you are located near an Accenture office, and willing and able to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
