Change Management Specialist

Job description

The Change Management Specialist will be assigned to the Avanade ITS and IS Information Technology Services and Information Security project. The role will act as an internal Change consultant for these Avanade departments. The main purpose of the role is to support Avanade s technology end users with Change Enablement processes to ensure they make the best out of the technologies available in their digital workplace while successfully protecting company and client data.

Qualifications :

Minimum Role Qualifications Advanced English Relevant professional experience, preferably with a consultancy firm or a tech firm Three years of experience in a Change Management and or Communications role Relevant undergraduate degree Experience working virtually with global teams Outstanding communication and presentation verbal and written skills nearly perfect English grammar and spelling is a must Attention to detail Ability to be flexible, demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in fluid, complex environments Self driven and motivated Technology savvy, fluent in the Microsoft Office product suite
