Main Responsibilities

The role support the Corporate Functions GS Finance Organization through the financial support to the Europe & NA GS Enterprise functions (MKTG, Workplace, LTS, CMD, etc). Financial support means participation in month end, processing, forecasting, planning, and the follow-up of monthly cost expenses with the variance analysis. The role has to be taken as “financial assessor or counselor”.

In this role the responsibilities are the following:

•Accounting & Business Advise: Accruals, Reclassifications, Journal entries posting, Invoices Follow Up

Ensure compliance and provide guidance on U.S. GAAP, Accenture finance policies, local statutory requirements and appropriate financial controls.

Master data maintenance: PC/CC/WBS elements creation and closure requests - reporting

Answer questions and give guidance to Budget Owners

Fixed Assets Review

Locations Management (rents, leases, payments, abandonments, etc.)

•Reporting: Analysis of results and variance to forecast

Report development and reconciliation – includes forecast, actual results, and data for business analysis

STACR Memo and Process STACR Charges

AdHoc Requests

Internal Audit Requests

•Forecasting: assistance in forecast building, consistency analysis and best practices suggestions

Calculate Price List

•Understanding and application of standard processes

•Identification of client needs and propose supervisor a solution to attend these needs.

•SAP research and issue support

•Development and nurture of a key contact net (Controllership, CFR, Global GS Finance, etc)

•Data input – internal reports & templates, Accenture Financial Systems (IFS), SAP, etc

Desired profile

Qualifications :


Basic Qualifications
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Advanced English level
• Excel and Power Point skills. Macros desirable.
• Experience in Finance related.
