Responsibility
ATCC DL campus recruitment delivery
· Connected with target universities in DL and the surrounding areas for AC branding promotion and campus pipeline extension
· Post and manage positions on the internal and external website, Participated job fairs and joint fairs of target universities and Supported university campaigns
· Manage full spectrum recruitment process from attraction to intake to ensure on quantity and quality
· Communicated with interviewers/hiring managers efficiently to build up and maintain relationship of mutual trust
· Cooperate across HR colleague and business to engage, integrate and deploy new junior in proper
· Support on ad-hoc recruitment related program
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or above, Major in Human Resource management preferred;
· At least 2 years' work experience of HR function including recruitment preferred in in MNC;
· Campus recruitment experience is a plus;
· Good capability of communication and coordination;
· Logical thinking, and able to prioritize under pressure;
· Quick learner and business acumen;
· Creative and passionate in confront with challenge
· Fluent language skill in listening, speaking and writing English.
