Duties and responsibilities

· Pre-Training requirements: classroom, materials and trainer readiness
· Appropriate and regular review and/or enhancement of the training content, materials and process
· Development of new content not originally present in the trainings curriculum
· Providing training: end to end training process (from NJ arrival to official transition to the production area)
· Daily/weekly adjustment of training agenda
· Review and/or development of tests/assessments
· Creation, administration and analysis of proficiency exams
· Preparing EOD reports about the performance according to expectations and requirements
· Double validation for problematic items and quality reviews
· Taking part in regular QTP deployment activities (team huddles, refresher sessions, individual programs)
· Roll-out of policy updates and policy changes
· Ongoing liaison with Operations, Quality Assurance and Policy teams to ensure calibration
