We are searching business driven consultant for our Distribution & Marketing team within Financial Services. You’ll be working with initiating, delivering and leading projects within areas such as Customer Experience, Distribution (online, mobile, contact center, branch, agents), CRM & Analytics as well as Process Digitalization for our clients in the industry (bank, securities, insurance, credit card etc.).

You will be part of an expanding team and your contribution will greatly enable further growth. In close cooperation with the team, located both locally and globally, you will help organizations achieve and manage their strategic, tactical and operational goals. The clients are the leading organizations within Banking and Insurance.

You will work on FS project in areas of:

・Drafting new business strategies & support their implementation (Process, System)
・Drafting strategies for digitalization & support their implementation (Process, System)
・Drafting strategies for sales & support their implementation (Process, System)
・Drafting channel strategies & support their implementation (Process, System)
・Drafting proposal for entering financial industry & support their implementation (Process, System)
・Drafting marketing strategies & support their implementation (Process, System)
・Drafting analytics strategies & support their implementation (Process, System)

◆Project Examples
・Supporting the setup of innovation center for a major bank
・Construction of mobile banking prototyping and support the implementation for a major bank.
・Supporting the formulation and implementation by using mobile technology to create region economic community for a local bank.
・Design marketing strategies and support the implementation for a credit card company.
・Implement an optimized analytic model of the risk- return for a credit card company.
・Supporting analytics to enhance retail marketing for a securities firm
・Supporting the formulation and implementation of new product and service for a life insurance company.
・Supporting the formulation and implementation of tablet sales process for a life insurance company.
・Enhance sales channel by using analytics for an life insurance company.
・Supporting the formulation and implementation of new business model by using new technology for an insurance company.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

【Basic Qualifications】
・Minimum bachelor's degree.
・Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills in business Japanese
・1 years+ of experience working in FS projects (Insurance, Credit, Capital Market, Banking & Financial Institutes) OR ・1 years+ of experience in financial institutes (Insurance, Credit, Capital Market, Bank) OR ・1 years+ of Experience in consulting

【Preferred Skills】
Any experience of the following is nice to have.
