We are looking for Industrial Engineers.
Job Description:
Being the quality interface of a fast-growing R&D Tech Center and the on-site plant (located in NL) Your main mission is to be in charge of the quality & performance for commercial vehicles manufacturing assembly line(s).
Would you be responsible for implementing process control plans that will assure the launch of manufactured goods that overpass high-expected-customer requirements ?
For this instance, he/she leads continuous improvements by:
- Utilizing the appropriate quality tools and provide data analysis.
- conducting plethora of projects spontaneously ranging from feasibility stage to post launch quality assessment and throughout production life
- Facilitating FMEA with Engineering and Expert Teams in conjunction with advanced quality-planning activities and costing challenges ?
- Ensuring the compliance of the documented quality system (QS 9000/TS16949)
- Conducting investigations to troubleshoot the root causes and make recommendations for corrective plan
- Visiting customers and suppliers when necessary. Acts as a liaison to internal and external customers
- Review all production methods for compliance to quality standards and for improvement of product and quality standards
Ideal profile:
- a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, required
- first automotive quality experience required
- a strong analytical and proven team oriented problem
solving-skills required
- a strong customer satisfaction orientation
in-depth knowledge of Quality Engineering techniques
very good communication skills and interpersonal skills
required (FR, EN & Dutch/GER wished)
