FUNCTIONAL SAFETY MANAGER (H/F)

Poste et missions:
Responsible for customer requirements (especially functional safety) management, translation of customer requirements in to detailed product requirements, and compliance testing for power electronics controllers (Inverter, DCDC, On-board Charger).
Will be part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined product development team working on projects involving multiple locations.
Specific description
- Definition of project deliverables
- Planning and tracking of work packages and tasks in accordance with the safety plan and project plan
- Tailoring of safety lifecycle
- Project Risk Management
- Participation in project design reviews
- Identification of needs for tools and trainings
- Management and analysis of safety requirements
- Development of safety concepts in accordance with ISO 26262
- Development of all customer relevant work products defined in ISO 26262
- Definition of requirements for safety verification and validation
- Support development teams in performing safety analysis and analyzing the results with respect to the technical safety concept
- Responsibility for planning and execution of all confirmation reviews
- Establish and maintain all functional safety relevant internal and external interfaces (e.g. customer, supplier, development team, manufacturing sites)
- Development of all relevant documents required for the product release for production
Profil:
4 or 5 year University degree in Electrical Engineering, software engineering, physics or comparable education
- 2+ years of experience in functional safety for automotive
- Expert knowledge of ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 Proven track on development and implementation of safety concepts
- Proven track on safety analysis methods (FTA, FMEA, FMEDA)
Strong systems engineering background
Strong mentoring and team building skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Preferably proven track on technical leadership
- Basic knowledge of Doors or Polarion
- Basic knowledge of medini analyze would be a plus
- Written and fluent spoken English is mandatory
