JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary goal of this position is to provide support to the Abbott Nutrition Supply Chain (ANSC) leadership and develop ANSC 's focused Supply Chain warehousing and Inventory tracking needs, insuring that plant and third party operations are following division policies and guidelines.
Major Responsibilities:
Warehouse Support
1. Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures; and improve efficiencies based on team goals
2. Resolves supply chain issues by analyzing data, and identifying solutions
3. Lead projects as assigned by the Public Warehouse Manager
4. Provides information by utilizing the Warehouse Mailbox by answering questions and requests in a timely manner
5. Provide daily effective and precise communication to Sr. Management and Customer Service
6. Review KPI's with 3PL sites to ensure that service level goals are achieved
7. Provide support and back-up to Logistics Managers
8. Review daily “Order Cut Report” to assure cut rates are at a minimum due to warehouse negligence
9. Review Daily Open Order Reports to ensure customer shipping expectations are being fulfilled by Abbott's 3PL locations
10. Monitor TPM and STO Inbounds to ensure that contractual obligations are within compliance
11. Support standardization of warehouse processes among all vendors
12. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external groups, particularly Transportation and Customers Service representatives
13. Daily inventory reconciliation between SAP and 3PL WMS systems
14. Oversee inventory accuracy of all systems including the third party warehouse management systems, CAMBAR WMS and SAP
15. Work with 3PLs to research and clear all idoc failures within SAP
16. Work closely with Quality Assurance and assist with product releases, implementation of policies and procedures
17. Monitor Customer Returns to ensure all product returns are processed expeditiously and provide disposition where needed
18 Serve as the liaison between warehouses and internal process improvement / development teams where necessary for system and data integration
19. Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP WM Systems
20. Responsible for processing 3PL invoices and provide follow-up to 3PL sites with regard to payments status
