Sales Assistant
About the position and the team:
The Sales assistant will support the Sales department of 8 specialists with booking and administration of all Sales activities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager with administration, gathering and presenting management information and translation of sales- and marketing information.
- Organize meetings, conferences and ad hoc events.
- Produce letters, reports, graphs, presentations etc. to a high professional standard.
- Participate and taking notes in weekly meetings.
- Support Sales Manager with registration of new customers in Salesforce.com.
- Assist on withdrawal of reports to be converted into Excel spreadsheets.
Education/ work experience
- Preferably a university degree or equal within marketing/ communication or equal.
- 2-4 years of work experience in service or sales
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken;
- Very strong skills in Excel;
- Attention to details;
- Good computer skills (Office 365) including word processing;
- Good communication, administrative and organizational skills;
- Stockholm Based;
- Driving license “B”
