JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the Market Insights team in providing insight into category and competitive activity: Assists in primary and secondary data collection and communication to identify changes in the competitive landscape.
• Subject matter expert of knowledge management system: Go to subject matter expert for knowledge management system. Periodic monitoring and benchmarking for best-in-class knowledge management systems. Ongoing communication of competitive landscape insight based on business needs.
• Internal and external partner engagement: Develops strong relationships with internal and external partners. Provides superior client service to internal partners by conducting surveys to understand the user base and their requirements. Takes action based on responses to provide training opportunities for knowledge management satisfaction.
• Resource management: Helps to manage the activities of supplier and database resources and assists in the improvement of the information infrastructure. Assists in seeking out innovative new approaches to address business issues, leading to the improvement of business intelligence methodology.
• Business analysis: Lead analysis on assigned business by developing a deep understanding of the business, working directly with commercial team to identify primary business questions, analyzing the environment to provide hypotheses to the questions and making recommendations to the commercial team to drive sales and share.
• Assists with ad hoc requests as assigned by Manager.
• Leads department budget consolidation.
