JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Junior Accountant

The main responsibilities:

Booking of medical insurance expenses

1.    Charging of medical insurance expenses based on supporting documents
2.    Checking all related supporting documents and checking Payment Requests related to medical insurance expenses

            Expense reports processing

1.    Checking the accuracy of expense report's completion
2.    Matching the amounts claimed with confirming documents
3.    Monitoring of the entertainment limits

            Advance reports preparation

1.    Preparation of the local advance report based on the reviewed expense report 
2.    Controlling of the taxable amounts according to Ukrainian legislation
3.    Monitoring of the private entrepreneur expenses receipts to reflect them into 1DF report
