MAIN PURPOSE :
Managing affiliate’s ANI product portfolios. To manage and set all product forecasts and supply timelines.
Assuring product availability in accordance with DOH targets, maintaing high level of service and minimizing product write offs or destructions.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and control of Finished goods shipments from factories to global hubs to customers.
Organize, maintain and set the forecast, ordering method, supply, warehousing and delivery processes to ensure product availability, prompt and efficient delivery times and low inventory costs.
Lead projects related to affiliate inventory levels, supply initiatives and logistic activities.
Setting planning parameters to better manage the inventory and product availability.
Manage warehouse (3PL) daily activity: Reports, inventory levels, safety stock settings, lead times.
Manage all activities through manual multidiciplinary systems for the affiliate “Buy/Sell” entity.
Lead and managed all MN product transitions to MOH’s National Food Services. Set new working and release processes and followed up on execution to prevent product shortage.
Play an instrumental role in the affiliate Demand Review, together with the distributor. Role as Affiliate S&OP Coordinator.
Support all affiliate functions: NPI, Regulatory, Marketing and especially support finance department.
Daily work in ERP, BI, SAP
Execute Order plan from forecasting through approving and ordering process and all the way to follow up and receiving, while working to meet budget and timetable limitations
B.Sc. In Industrial Engineering or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of similar experience
Experienced in working in or with global corporation – an advantage
Very high analytical skills, detailed oriented
Willingness for extensive work
Multi tasking and ability to work with number of disciplines in parallel
Experience with ERP systems & Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Exce High English proficiency
